microsoft cpp program vista rc1 dvd

As its mentioned by Microsoft in its CPP Program Website that:
'When you register for the Customer Preview Program you will receive the Beta 2 release plus Windows Vista Release Candidate 1 (RC1) — the next major pre-release of Windows Vista — when it is available later this year.'
AND
'To start the order process, please select your country or region from the following list. When you order please try to use a shipping address that will not change for the next few months to ensure you will receive the RC1 shipment. (Shipping is only available to the countries and regions included in this list.'

Some Questions have came in my mind:
1) I have heard that People who have ordered Dvd kits will only get RC1 dvd kits,downloaders of beta 2 will not get it..ok i have got my 1 dvd kit ....second dvd kit is own its way!.so MY QUESTION IS THE DVD KIT OF RC1 WILL CHARGE EXTRA MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD OR THAT $19.39 IS INCLUDED CHARGE OF RC1 DVD KIT ALSO.?
2) AS I HAVE ORDERED 2 DVD KITS SO I WILL GET 2 RC1 KITS ALSO OR JUST 1?!

Your RC1 kits are paid for. It was included in your first charge. You will get one RC1 kit for each Beta 2 kit you paid for.
